Welcome & portal guide

Welcome to Innovative Agency, a DBA of Pegasus Digital Ventures LLC. Your agency contact will confirm your priorities and next steps.

Your first sign-in

  1. Ask the agency to confirm the exact email approved for your access.
  2. Open Client sign in and follow Microsoft’s instructions. For email-code accounts, request a fresh code and enter it yourself. Never share sign-in codes.
  3. Check the company name before reviewing or submitting anything. If the company is wrong or sign-in fails, stop and contact the agency.

An account-not-found message needs agency assistance with the approved identity. Receiving a code alone does not prove company access; complete sign-in and verify the company.

Finding your information

Your role and your company’s enabled sections determine what appears. Ask your contact about missing sections.

Signing and payments

Read the complete agreement before signing. Only an authorized business signer should enter their name and title and confirm consent. Download the signed agreement and receipt. Signing an engagement, saving a card and authorizing recurring payments are separate actions; review the specific terms presented for each.

Help

Use your assigned agency contact for service questions. For portal support, email info@myinnovativeagency.com with your business name and issue. Omit passwords, codes and card details. Read Portal privacy and Portal terms.

Business intake worksheet

Complete with your agency contact. Use “unknown” for unverified information. Complete a separate location worksheet when needed. Return the completed copy through the channel agreed with your contact.

Account access & asset checklist

Your business retains ownership of its accounts. Ask the agency to confirm the exact receiving account and minimum role before inviting anyone. Use provider invitations and guided authorization; never send passwords, recovery codes or MFA codes.

Record each owner, status and outstanding action
PrepareOwner / status / due date
Google Analytics: correct property name/ID, owner and website tag installer
Search Console: exact verified property and owner
Business Profile: exact listing link, location and primary owner
Website / CMS: platform, developer and agreed named-user access
Domain / DNS: provider and authorized administrator contact
Brand: approved logo, colors, description, tone and service list
Photos: usable originals, captions and permission to use them
Prior reports, metric definitions and tracking changes

Verification after access

Agency staff verify the exact property/profile, authorization and actual reporting results. An accepted invitation does not prove collection or tracking works. Google reporting and Business Profile connections are separate; review importing also needs separate opt-in. Connecting an account does not install website tracking.

Agree website publishing permissions, backups and change review with your developer before changes. Tell the agency when a contact leaves or access should end; portal membership and third-party invitations are separate.

Kickoff & first-month handoff

Review together and record actual agreed owners and dates. Timing depends on access, assets, approvals and contracted scope.

Supply accurate business facts and approve material claims, offers and images. Uploading content does not authorize automatic publication. Additional work, spending and scope changes need agreement before proceeding.

Reporting distinguishes unavailable information from zero activity. Early comparisons may be provisional. Rankings, enquiries, sales and AI citations are not guaranteed. Review progress against agreed work and verified measurements.
