Portal privacy disclosure

How Innovative Growth Platform handles information for authorized client services.

Pegasus Digital Ventures LLC, doing business as Innovative Agency ("we"), operates this portal at growth.innovativenow.com from St. George, Utah. Contact info@myinnovativeagency.com for privacy questions, access or deletion requests. This disclosure covers the portal and its Google integrations. The agency marketing website has its own notice.

Information we collect and why

Google Analytics and Search Console

With your authorization, we request analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly. For the company properties selected and confirmed by staff, we read aggregate sessions and active users, dated totals, search clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position and bounded search-term, page and landing-page breakdowns. We save measurements and report snapshots to show trends and support agreed SEO work.

Reporting does not modify your Analytics or Search Console settings and does not install visitor tracking in this portal. These integrations do not request individual visitor or event records. Search terms and page labels are filtered to withhold obvious personal identifiers, but you should avoid placing personal information in tracked URLs or event labels.

Google Business Profile

This separate optional connection requests business.manage, the permission Google requires for the supported Business Profile features. For an authorized company profile, we can read business information, hours, services, reviews and owner-supplied photos; import reviews; prepare review replies and posts; and publish approved content through an explicit authorized action. Google may require a broader permission label than an individual feature uses. Connecting a profile alone does not publish posts or replies or edit business details.

Review data can include public reviewer labels, ratings, review text and existing replies. Imported source data and photos support the selected client's work, not an unrelated directory, advertising audience or data-resale product. Public Google content remains subject to Google's policies and the contributor's rights.

Accounting and sales-tax connections

When an agency administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the portal reads the selected company identity, accounting currency, chart of accounts and journal entries needed to verify accounting exports. After explicit review, it sends summarized weekly accrual journals of the platform ledger to that company, splitting periods at month-end. Customer invoices remain in the portal. QuickBooks manages its own bank feeds, expense records and financial reports; this connection does not request raw bank or credit-card credentials. QuickBooks authorization tokens are encrypted on the server. Disconnecting stops subsequent portal access and attempts to revoke the Intuit authorization; it does not delete journals already posted or the retained accounting audit history.

When the TaxJar calculation connection is enabled and a quote is requested, service addresses, transaction amounts and product tax categories are sent to TaxJar to calculate tax. Tax calculations do not register a business, file returns or establish a service exemption. The portal retains quote evidence with accounting records. These optional connections are unavailable until configured and authorized.

AI-assisted drafts and human review

When AI drafting is enabled and requested, selected review text, ratings, drafting guidance and approved business facts may be sent to the configured AI service provider to generate a proposed reply or post. The portal avoids sending credentials and account identifiers in prompts and limits unnecessary personal details. Review text can still contain personal information; staff should review the source and avoid submitting sensitive information.

AI suggestions require human review and the applicable approval/publishing action. We do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. AI suggestions are not proof of publication or completed service work.

Use, sharing and Limited Use

Innovative Growth Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google data to provide and improve the user-facing features described here for your authorized business. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or transfer it to data brokers. Access by agency staff is limited to authorized service delivery, your requested assistance, security investigation, or legal obligations. We do not permit unrelated human browsing of connected Google data.

Service providers process information as needed to operate these features: Microsoft for Azure hosting and sign-in, Google for the connected services, the configured AI provider for requested drafts, Authorize.net for hosted payment features when enabled, Intuit for authorized QuickBooks accounting, and TaxJar for requested sales-tax calculations. We share approved content with Google when you authorize publication. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect security and legal rights. We do not authorize providers to reuse Google data for unrelated purposes.

Storage and security

Portal information is stored in the agency's hosted infrastructure and protected by authenticated access, company scoping, audited operations and encrypted network connections. Stored Google refresh credentials are encrypted and are not exposed to portal users or placed in ordinary audit notes. Private backups support recovery. No security method eliminates all risk; report suspected unauthorized access to our support address.

Retention, disconnecting and deletion

We retain client service records, reporting snapshots and audit history while needed for the agreed services, security, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some Google source caches expire automatically; this does not automatically erase derived reporting, approved content, work records or audit history. We do not promise that disconnecting instantly deletes all historical records.

Authorized agency staff can use Settings → Google & tracking → Disconnect Google for reporting and Disconnect Business Profile for that separate connection. Disconnecting removes the portal's saved refresh authorization and stops subsequent use of that connection. You can also revoke access at Google Account connections. Revoking access does not delete posts or replies already published on Google.

To request access, correction or deletion of stored portal or Google-derived information, email info@myinnovativeagency.com with your business name and the requested action. Do not email passwords, card numbers or identity documents. We verify your authority, review the request and explain any records that must be retained. Deleted data may remain in restricted backups until those backups rotate; it is not used for ongoing service operations.

Cookies and browser storage

This portal does not set advertising or optional visitor-analytics cookies. Microsoft sign-in uses this tab's session storage. Appearance preferences use local storage. Temporary secure, HTTP-only cookies protect Google and QuickBooks authorization flows and are cleared when the callback completes or the short connection window expires. Microsoft, Google, Intuit and hosted payment pages have their own storage practices. Clearing required storage can interrupt sign-in or connection setup.

Your choices and updates

You can use available portal features without connecting Google; reporting and profile features that need that connection will be unavailable. Access is limited to invited clients and authorized agency staff. This business service is not directed to children. We update this page when practices change and will seek additional authorization where needed before using Google information for a new purpose.
